Caring staff employ a person-centred approach to memory care, establishing strong social connections with residents in order to foster trust and familiarity, while partnering with their families to better understand their unique life story.

A dedicated Social Worker is on-hand to assist family members in need of support, including the delivery of orientation, facilitation of family conferences, and personal counseling services. Additionally, we encourage families to drop by the lounge or bistro any time for a meeting with our knowledgeable Memory Living Manager.
