嗨，Kim，我很高兴听到5月是员工感恩月。我的父亲，鲍勃·戈登已经在皇后卡娜塔酒店工作了两个多月，自从他搬到那里以来，我已经看到他有了很大的进步，这要归功于你们了不起的员工，他们帮助我和他度过了这段艰难的时期。我想喊出所有员工的名字，但不幸的是，我不记得每个人的名字，但他们肯定知道爸爸和我的名字，我真的很感激。从前门进来的感觉真好，我的名字和他们打招呼，他们知道我要去拜访谁。(这并没有发生在父亲之前的住所，他在那里住了7个月!)所以，大家对着前台接待人员大声欢呼，Santosh, Holly, Greg, Connie, Lorraine, Tatianya，感谢他们让我感到宾至如归。我还想感谢皮娜对我的耐心感谢我为爸爸的搬家所做的一切改变感谢赫克托在这么短的时间内为爸爸准备好了套房。父亲到达卡娜塔皇后号一周后，在医院住了一个星期。当他们让他出院时，他们向我保证他能够回到他的独立套房，并且能够用助步器自己行走。我要感谢蒂芙尼和康妮来救我，帮我把爸爸从车里抬到大厅里，感谢康妮跑到套房把他的转移轮椅搬下来。 He never should have been discharged when he was because he doesn't have the strength in his legs to walk on his own with a walker. I have a physiotherapist coming to help him with exercises and walking to help strengthen his legs. I have met with Kathy a few times and appreciate her listening to me and giving me suggestions to help with my Dad's care. I know I can get a little off topic and make a long story longer but she was very patient and listened. Jack has a very calming effect with Dad and has made sure all the nurses know to give him applesauce with his meds. Dad can be a little dramatic when he takes his meds so thank you to all the nurses for being so kind and patient with him. The PSW's are amazing even though I don't see or know all of them. I do know Mary (Marie), Blossom and there is a new PSW Lily. I really need to write down the PSW names so I can remember. I know Dad can be a little trying at times. He doesn't have any patience. When I'm there I keep telling him to be patient. I have to laugh because when I'm there just before his lunch or dinner time he starts about a half hour before lunch or dinner looking at his clock and wondering if anyone is going to come and get him for his meals and then when it's 5 mins. before 12:00 or 5:00 he'll ask me if he should call and I keep telling him to wait until 15 minutes after. When the PSW arrives he gets anxious and wants to sit in his chair before the PSW has it locked and then he's barely seated and is telling you he has to put his feet up. I thank you all so much for your patience with him. Thank you Darryl for making sure Dad is having protein for his breakfast now. This has truly helped with his recovery. His appetite has increased from what it was 3 or 4 months ago which means he is enjoying the food and I believe where he is living now. I really have to thank Dad's housekeeper. I'm sorry I don't remember your name but I will definitely write it down when I see you next. I know Dad really appreciates how you make his bed as he tells me. Thank you for everything you do for him and taking the time to have little conversations with him as you are cleaning. Behind the scenes is the person that brings Dad his laundry all clean and folded for him to put away. I need you. Also, his server as you bring him his meal and really appreciates the extra dessert when he asks if he can have more. I have spoken with Sophia a few times and I love her enthusiasm and am hoping to get Dad to join in some of her exercise programs in the next week or so. Kim I a

我的脚踝骨折了，需要做手术来修复，我在皇后号上休息。在我入住期间，我发现房间很干净，工作人员很友好，也很乐于助人。如果我不想吃主菜，菜单提供了多种选择，还提供了点菜菜单。虽然我在那里呆了很长一段时间，但我还是建议Kanata皇后在那里永久居住或暂时休息一下。

我是一个PSW，去拜访几个住在皇后酒店的人。皇后酒店的工作人员都很体贴，对我和住在那里的人都很友好。他们尊重我，把我当作团队的一员，这样我们就能给我们支持的人最好的照顾。皇后是干净的，并提供各种活动。我推荐卡娜塔皇后。

我的岳母在皇后家待了三年。她在那里蒸蒸日上，工作人员成了她的大家庭。很高兴看到她看到工作人员时高兴起来。我强烈推荐这个地方。
