Located on a dedicated floor of theretirement residence, Chartwell Georgian Traditions’ Memory Living Neighbourhood is a supportive environment with an independent feel, dedicated to helping seniors living with dementia experience a good day, every day. Our trained and caring staff employ a person-centred approach to memory care, establishing strong social connections with residents to foster trust and familiarity, while partnering with their families to better understand their unique life story.
As we are committed to forming meaningful relationships with both residents and their families, we also offer the services of a qualified Social Worker to family members in need of support, including the delivery of orientation, facilitation of family conferences and personal counselling services. We encourage families to drop by our lounge any time for a meeting with our knowledgeable Memory Living Manager too.
Chartwell Georgian Traditions’ Memory Living Neighbourhood includes the following specialized programs, services, and facilities:
