如果你考虑退休居所搜索已经结束,“特韦尔Kanata”是一个隐藏的宝石,和最好的秘密藏在雪莉的小溪。退休居住,会好好照顾你和你的爱人亲爱的家人和我过去和现在的经验之谈。它开始与我的母亲在法律上就住在这里休息下大约3个月在2018年的春天。这里的护理人员对我们非常支持和友好,我很快就觉得一个家庭,我看到并与之交互的护理人员每天晚上因为我的母亲在法律上没有说英语所以我们需要之一。遗憾的是我婆婆离开医院由于她没有健康的住宅和几个月后去世了。快转发到2021年12月1日我的母亲现在退休需要呆在一个住宅为缓解她的房子需要一些主要装修完成。她犹豫的离开她的房子,只做承诺她会尽快回家装修完成。3个月后的喘息Chartwell Kanata与友好,善良,关怀,她关心和关注她不想离开。这一次她感到安全,减少脆弱和强调她习惯独自在家生活。马上,护理人员不仅看着,甚至与LHIN签署了我的母亲每天个人护理尚普兰(当地卫生一体化网络)由政府。 Talk about being proactive, and they also insisted on helping her with her personal care as well even when I said it wasn't necessary. And she was only there on respite!!! They are so attentive to her every need and have so many activities to keep her busy and stimulated, including regular musical performances from musicians and artists AND my mom loves playing the piano there too. She was socializing and interacting with people, something she had missed due to the pandemic. It's almost like Chartwell Kanata had revitalized her. They are also beyond accommodating here. My mother moved from their respite 1 bedroom , to a spacious Studio room after signing a 1 year lease. but 8 months later she found the room too big and she also wanted to be closer to the dining room due to her weakening mobility at 95yrs young and she was moved to the closest room to the dining room in a month. Every move was always meet with full understanding and support by management, as the comfort of their residents is always a priority for them. Health and Safety I give Chartwell Kanata 5 STARS PLUS with not ONE single outbreak during the pandemic. Following all protocol as their #1 Priority, is keeping it's residents safe. As Chartwell Kanata was also the first Retirement Residence in Ottawa as well as the first Chartwell in Ontario and Canada to have 100% Employee vaccinated with the 1st dose of the Covid -19 Vaccine by Jul 2021.And by the end of AUGUST 2021, WITH THE SUPPORT OF ALL RESIDENTS, STAFF, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES….. TOGETHER THEY REACHED 100% "FULL VACCINATION" STATUS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES AND RESIDENTS!!! WHICH WAS AMAZING. "A COMMUNITY AS STRONG, SUPPORTIVE, UNDERSTANDING AND KIND AS THIS ONE IS A GIFT" said their GM Kate Mahon. And since then have had another vaccination blitz for the 3rd booster shot at end of October 2021 for the residents.
