Chartwell’s Memory Living program offers a unique, person-centred approach to memory care for seniors living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Trained and caring staff establish meaningful relationships with residents and their families, helping to understand a resident’s unique story to help them experience a good day, every day. Qualified staff also offer and facilitate personal and family counselling sessions.

Memory Living is offered in dedicated neighbourhoods of Chartwell retirement residences. This lifestyle option also features small resident-to-staff ratios, access to safe outdoor space, specialized activities and dining, interactive design elements, personalized care plans and dedicated Memory Living Managers.

Independent Supportive Living

Independent Supportive Living is well suited to seniors who want to benefit from an independent lifestyle that offers a variety of optional care and support services that can make life enjoyable and worry-free. This lifestyle option offers 24/7 on-site staff support, engaging social, leisure and fitness opportunities, delicious and nutritious dining, housekeeping, laundry and much more.
