To help you feel safe and supported, our Care Assist Program—an offering of à la carte wellness services and all-inclusive care packages—further provides you with the flexibility to add or remove services. This empowers you to create a customized care plan that meets your unique needs, preferences and abilities so you can feel your best each and every day.

Also available to all residents, even if those with a family physician, is the Virtual Physician program. Residents can schedule a medical visit with a licensed physician, specialist or other healthcare provider, by phone or video, in the safety and comfort of their suite, and coordinated by our in-house care teams. Chartwell’s partner, CareRx, provides our residents with safe and convenient access to pharmacy services and support. As part of the care team, CareRx pharmacists, who specialize in senior care, provide programs and services that help ensure the right medications are taken at the right time to maximize safety and wellbeing.
